Dental Insurance

Patients with Insurance

At Pleasant Smiles, we accept most insurance plans. Following is the list of our Participating Insurance Plans. If you cannot find your plan, give us a call to verify. There may be a payment (copayment or estimated patient portion) due at your appointment (date of service) based on your insurance plan. The patient’s final financial responsibility can only be determined by the patient’s insurance company and may be different from the payment collected on the date of service.

Patients without Insurance

There are multiple payment options available for your convenience. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards. Other than that patient have following options.

Discount Option
We may offer a 10% discount if the total service is paid in full with check or cash on the day that treatment is presented or completed. This offer is not available if you are paying with a credit card or if your service is covered in whole or in part by dental insurance.

Financing Option
