The hygienist and doctor was the best I have ever been to. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. The Receptionist kept reminding me because of the type of insurance I hold if I were to cancel the office will never see me again. I don’t know how I felt about it. She also let me know, I should wait until my kids are older for them to see a dentist. My son is two. My daughter is about to be one and my son has a full set of teeth. but I had such a good experience with the hygienist and doctor. I do not see myself ever canceling with them.

I am very grateful for all of the patience and kindness Dr. Bajwa and staff have showed my daughter since she started going a year and a half ago. She is a very anxious toddler and finally allowed her teeth to be cleaned this week! And was very proud of herself! Thank you all so much for allowing her to transition at her own pace so that the dentist office is a comfortable place, not a scary one.

I have been going to Dr. Bajwa for 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with her and the Pleasant Smiles team. I go for routine cleanings twice a year and they do a great job here! They give you sunglasses too during your cleaning so the light doesn't blind your eyes, such a thoughtful and stylish touch!

The staff was professional and very nice. I had fun joking around with them. My cleaning went without incident and I was very happy by the end of my visit. My wife and I have just starting going to this practice and are both extremely happy.

Doctor takes her time explaining stuff to you and really breaks it down. Staff are very friendly especially the girl Jennifer at the front.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bajwa for years and can't recommend her enough. Not only does she do incredible dental work, but she has this unique ability to take a mundane, if not slightly daunting, experience into something I genuinely look forward to. It's not often you hear someone say they're excited to go to the dentist, but Dr. Bajwa's is the exception.
Her clinic is welcoming, and she routinely goes out of her way to ensure you feel taken care of, explaining procedures clearly and always with a smile. It's clear she truly cares about her patients. Pleasant Smiles in Methuen is awesome. Dr Bajwa is an outstanding dentist and her staff are all friendly and very competent. I just went in for teeth whitening and am very pleased with the outcome. Over the years, Dr Bajwa and her staff have completely changed my smile for the better.

As the doctor told me it was painless. Had a root canal done and he did an amazing job. I told him no dentist is painless but for once I was wrong. Also he had a good sense of humor with good music playing. I'd recommend this office.

In my experience, Dr. Bajwa is the best dentist in MA and RI, and I completely trust her with my teeth. Both my husband and I have been going to her for years. She is professional, knowledgeable, and gentle -- a hard combination to find. She always explains what she's going to do to our teeth and why. She checks with us if we're feeling any pain as she cleans our teeth or fills a cavity. She even made extracting a tooth seem almost painless (and, anyone who's ever had a tooth extraction knows that this says a lot). She prescribes the correct medication with clear instructions. She is very considerate; for example, she called me after my tooth extraction to check on how I was doing. All in all, Dr. Bajwa is an ethical, professional, and experienced dentist. I recommend her wholeheartedly to everyone.

This was my first visit to this office. It was, by far, the best experience I've had at a dentist.

Dr. Bajwa explained everything quite well and patiently. I could tell she was recommending a plan that made the most sense, and was also quite cognizant of cost, time-frames, etc.

Amazing experience! Normally I need medication prior to a dental appointment but not when I go to Pleasant Smiles. Dr. Bajwa is gentle while performing the tooth cleaning process. Highly recommend Pleasant Smiles with Dr. Bajwa and dental staff. You won't be disappointed!

Jennifer is a fantastic receptionist! Super pleasant to work with, compassionate, friendly, and accommodating. Nicole is a perfectly patient hygienist with excellent diversion conversational skills and a wonderfully bubbly yet calming demeanor. Loved this place! I went here as a new patient for the first time in a year since my last dentist and I was greeted with a friendly and professional staff. They also offered sunglasses during my exam so I would be more comfortable with the lighting. Both the hygienist and the dentist were conversational and friendly with me, and the dentist took time to help me interpret my xrays at the end of the visit. I’m glad I started with them!
